Forming and cutting are completed in the same station. Combined with the optimized 360-degree automatic stacking system, these high-end machines deliver exceptional efficiency and stability. In addition, the single-wire control system used in the drive technology significantly reduces energy consumption.
S-LINE is characterized by high efficiency, flexibility and stability in the production of a wide range of products. Thanks to the fixed top yoke and the swiveling bottom table that performs all related movements, all S-LINE machines achieved perfectly balanced operation and first-class product quality. Four high-power air valves and four large form air tanks ensure faster filling and venting the tool. This leads to high-quality forming results and increases the cycle speed of different products.
The direct cooling system in the S-LINE machine ensures the precise control of the temperature of the cooling water. This results in extended tool life and easy maintenance.
CAN bus communication ensures high baud rates, stable signal transmission, zero cumulative errors, and simplified and faster wiring.
The punching depth adjustment is achieved through the one eccentric shaft set on the knee lever axis. This ensures the highest accuracy and product safety, as well as a very low maintenance workload. An additional eccentric shaft set synchronizes the tilting motion of the lower forming table, coordinating forming and stacking operations. The system operates efficiently and stably, with no homing required after power interruption.
